best locations in the Harrisburg / Hershey / Camp Hill / Carlisle areas. Please
mark your calendars to attend.
Throughout the convention
planning there has been a special focus on young organists who are “the future of AGO”.
The goals of the Harrisburg convention are centered on providing an affordable
convention with opportunities for the musicians of our future to expand their
knowledge and appreciation of the AGO, and to support networking among all
musicians who attend our convention. With special emphasis on young organists, the Program Committee has included a recital by the “Stars of the
Future”. These young recitalists are from three great conservatories in our
Region III area, Curtis, Peabody & Westminster Choir College. There will be a
recital by the winner of the Quimby Regional Competition. Also included in the
program will be a prelude given by the second
place Quimby Competition winner. There is a special student registration rate of
$100.00. Please encourage your young organists to come to the convention.
Volunteers will be needed.
